November 2012 Landlords Newsletter

 Hi all,

LandlordsAs we move into the busiest season, our January to February period, we are seeking instructions ASAP from all owners with leases expiring between now and the end of February. It is critical to be on the ball with lease renewals as 2 months notice is needed if you want your tenant to vacate! We of course provide our owners with comparative rentals information and our recommendations so they can make an informed decision as to the rental increase required.

Please find details of our most recent newsletter to our current landlords. It includes a selection of properties recently leased and the following articles:

-How long will it take for your property to rent?

-Standing out from the crowd

-Make the most of your investment dollars

-Don’t Let Rain become a Drain… How to Prepare Your Drains for the Rainy Season!

-10 Tips for if Your Tax is Audited…

-Want to Know the Number One Tip for Getting the Best Deal with Your Home Loan?

We also have a special offer available for any new management signed up with us before Christmas. If you list a property with us we will pay for professional photos to help you achieve the best rent for your property and fast!

Please note this is not available with any other offer.

We look forward to working with you.
